Cheryl Muir started in the learning industry after many years of trying to find a career with a clear and meaningful purpose. 13 years later, and the same purpose still drives what she does every day – helping develop and unlock human talent through learning that has impact. Having started her career in a traditional Learning and Development role, Cheryl has spent the last seven years crafting digital learning solutions for global organisations.

Always looking to continuously learn herself, Cheryl believes the world of digital learning and solutions has opened a world of opportunities to push boundaries, think differently and requires one to keep at the forefront of what is happening both in the world of learning and in organisations as they evolve to meet the needs of the future. She believes evolutions need skills and that skills can be learned!

Her current role as Operations Director in South Africa has her overseeing the effective running of TTRO’s HQ operations to ensure customer success, both in delivery and impact. This naturally comes with challenges, but with a strong delivery team supporting the development of quality learning solutions, no challenge is too big to overcome.

The experience she gained while living in the Middle East establishing TTRO MENA also means that she has a thorough understanding and appreciation of working with clients and teams in different geographical locations to successfully deliver on projects anywhere in the world.
