Jude leads the NZ entity of TTRO and was previously based in the Middle East for 12 years, 4 of these as company Vice President building and supporting government project relationships – this included large scale reforms in Abu Dhabi, KSA and Mexico. Jude has worked extensively in strategic roles focusing on improving outcomes for learners through digital enablement, sustainable training for educators and community engagement. Jude loves connecting with people, building strategic alliances, working in truly collaborative teams and building innovative solutions.

Jude started her education career as Head of Commerce and was seconded by MFAT to take the position of Education Advisor in the Pacific. Jude’s passion for global education and improving capability building grew from there. It led her to work on a number of projects including – identification of workplace learning models, working with and writing the education Impact Report for Mexican Dept. of Education, working with the Secretary of Education in Sweden to design and build next-gen private schools in Pakistan, consulting on the Vision Realisation Programme for KSA and Saskatchewan MoE Indigenous Education Improvement Programme (tech enablement). 

Jude returned to NZ just over two years ago leading the Governance Development team for the IoD reforming their education model and taking the strategic lead on public sector governance initiatives. This role has put Jude at the centre of director capability building in NZ and has enabled her to gain a greater understanding of NZ public sector and corporate director responsibilities/accountability – including sustainability, cyber and climate.  She has designed the new Future Leaders programme for NZ Directors to be delivered in 2022. Jude has completed the Oxford Sustainable Finance programme for policy makers this year. Jude is a Director on a Los Angeles Health Company.

Jude has a global network of education leaders that she continually discusses and shares best practice with. She is excited to share NZ best practice and reimagine the future of education for the world.

Jude’s qualifications include MSc Ed, BEd, Dip Tch, PG SF Oxford
