Her diverse international experience including directorships within The Walt Disney Company and Oxford University Press spans the gamut of formal education, information research systems and the entertainment industry. In 2011 Lynne was finalist in CEO Magazine’s “Most Influential Women of the Year Awards” in the media category. Her Executive MBA was awarded in 2010 with a gold medal and distinction for her thesis on Education System challenges in South Africa.
Systems Thinking has become pivotal to her approach to problem solving and, as a former teacher, Lynne is passionate about using these methodologies to address the challenges facing education and skills development in Africa, particularly through the application of new technologies.
