Sara Al Hussaini

Managing Director - MENA

Sara believes that building the capabilities of any nation starts with upskilling its own people and communities through education, training and learning development, and that educating people for the future is a key pillar to achieving their personal goals along with the goals of the organisations they work for. She holds that digital education is the future of education in the post-COVID era and it aligns with governments’ visions in running cutting-edge digital systems.

Prior to this role, Sara’s key strengths were to connect New Zealand leading government entities and private companies to key local government stakeholders in the GCC region and lead inter-governmental projects with the aim to build capability and upskill local clients through the exchange of IP and innovative science and technologies. She has also spent eight years of her career in the training and learning development of police officers as part of her role at Abu Dhabi Police. She started her professional career in 2002 teaching English as a second language, improving curriculum and teaching methods to support the students achieve their learning outcomes.

Sara has received appreciation awards for her contributions to delivering successful training journeys and for building efficient international partnerships with government entities.

Sara’s passion is to make a change in the world by bridging different cultures to collaborate together to achieve a mutual goal, which is to support nations to transform their learning systems and adapt to the new digital era. Her personal goal is to be the person to go to for any support or assistance and to make the complex look easy. Her philosophy is to promote the organisation she works for and make others shine by ensuring happy clients and successful projects.

Sara has a Bachelor of English Literature, Diploma in Translation and a Masters degree in International Law, International Relations and Diplomacy.
